‘Cuties’: Why You Should Cancel Netflix

Cancel culture is a term many Conservatives and Libertarians have railed against, especially in 2020. While the radical left indeed uses “cancelling” as a way to silence their critics, it is not a tactic that Christians or the Right should shy away from.

Something any sane human being should support cancelling is the soon to be released Netflix sponsored movie “Cuties.”

As most haven’t yet laid eyes on this unreleased abomination, the original film description from Netflix read: “Amy, 11, becomes fascinated with a twerking dance crew. Hoping to join them, she starts to explore her femininity, defying her family’s traditions.”

As offensive and disturbing as the original description was, the original artwork was even worse. The poster depicted four girls between the ages of eleven and twelve squatting or kneeling in various sexual or revealing positions while caked in makeup and wearing outfits that would make NFL Cheerleaders seem modest.

After a heavy backlash from users, Netflix issued a half-hearted apology for the initial artwork and description but did not alter the content.

The “apology” served more as an underhanded insult to concerned parents.

The most telling aspect of the pathetic apology was the statement released by the Netflix PR team in defense of the film.

They stated that the film was “French” in origin and premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, as if to say that the film was simply a foreign artistic achievement that flew too far above the heads of simple conservative Americans and religious households whose feeble traditional minds were incapable of comprehending.

Think I’m exaggerating? Take a look at what Netflix revised the movie description to following the “apology.”

Revision: “Eleven-year-old Amy starts to rebel against her conservative family’s traditions when she becomes fascinated with a free-spirited dance crew.”

The enemy plays their hand in “apologies” like these.

Unwilling to admit fault or wrongdoing, they simply demean who is offended (traditional, conservative, religious pro-family groups) and then deflect with pretentious appeals to “higher art” produced by organizations like ‘Sundance’ that us traditional neanderthals just aren’t capable of understanding.

However, if you take even a brief look at Sundance, the same themes of pedophilia and child abuse raise their ugly heads.

The co-founder of the Sundance Film Festival, Sterling Van Wagenen, pled guilty just last spring to felony sexual child abuse and this was not even his first alleged offense.

Van Wagenen actually resigned from Sundance after a man came forward to accuse him of molesting him as a boy in 1993. No charges were filed in that case, however, which was made public by a watchdog group involved in monitoring “The Church of Jesus of Latter-day Saints”, also known as the Mormon Church.

The 2019 charges that he pled guilty to alleged that Van Wagenen, 71, was accused of “inappropriately touching a girl on two occasions between 2013 and 2015.” According to a probable cause statement filed with the charges in April of 2019, the abuse occurred in two Utah cities when the girl was between the ages of 7 and 9, public court records reveal.

It would seem strange then, to claim that movies like ‘Cuties’ are simply a means of bringing attention to an issue from an organization whose founder is actively grooming and abusing children.

More likely, films and shows like this are meant to gradually normalize and numb their audiences to perversions that their creators secretly maintain and want accepted.

They also depict who degenerates like Van Wagenen view as the enemy to their desires…parents. The villains in the movie are not the dance crew organizers profiting from exploiting naïve underage girls auditioning without the verbal or written consent of parents.

Nor are they the predators who ravenously consume such vile adolescent performances. The villains in this series are the parents themselves who are keeping little Amy and her friends from achieving sexual autonomy at the age of eleven… aka they are the people keeping them from running into the clutches of predators like Van Wagenen.

Parents are the guardians and protectors of their children’s innocence. If known pedophiles like Van Wagenen can convince children (who view Netflix content at an alarmingly increasing rate) that their parents are the enemies as well, they can more easily prey upon them once they have fled their family’s values and protections.

‘Cuties’ is not a one-off for Netflix. I myself cancelled my membership back in 2017 when ‘Big Mouth’ was released.

Big Mouth is an animated series that depicts underage animated children in increasingly disturbing masturbation rituals as a way of “making fun” of adolescents going through puberty.

The series was created by known Hollywood degenerate Nick Kroll who voiced the rapist character in the foul film “Sausage Fest” co-starred by Seth Rogan. The parents in this vile series are constantly portrayed as moronic, hypocritical and standing in the way.

While Big Mouth’s sexualizing of middle school aged cartoon children should be more than enough to turn someone’s stomach, ‘Cuties’ takes it a step further and sexualizes living eleven and twelve year old girls.

This is the slippery slope that leftists so fervently denied existed fifteen year ago when homosexuality was legalized and depicted as harmless. The then LGBT community scoffed at Conservatives who claimed that it would open the door for pedophiles and their illness to find a safe haven. Yet here we are.

Many reading this may dismiss my concerns as paranoid but I would ask the skeptics to consider the timing of such “entertainment.” Vile creations like ‘Cuties’ and ‘Big Mouth’ are coming out at a time that sees a disturbing push for pedophilia to be re-classified as a sexual orientation and not a criminal mental disorder all while Drag queen story time in tax funded libraries are springing up all over the country.

The LGBTQ community is being pressured and even advocating inclusion in their ranks a group of people who call themselves MAPs (Minor Attracted Peoples). Shows like Cuties and Big Mouth only serve to normalize a behavior that Western society has rightly stigmatized and condemned since its infancy.

How long will the American public allow this kind of caustic, immoral and disturbing content to continue to occupy the public domain? How long until the United States adopts legislation similar to that of Greece which has decriminalized pedophilia and largely designated it as a ‘disability’?

Simply not consuming a specific show or movie is no longer enough. The people behind the erosion of traditional conservative values don’t care if you don’t watch that movie or that show. They only care about whether the money continues to flow.

One of the few powers we have left as individuals is how we spend our discretionary income. I would strongly advise those reading to cancel your Netflix subscription and list pedophilia and titles like Cuties in the “reason for cancellation” when prompted. Only if enough of us refuse to contribute to a diseased culture will we begin to see positive change.

If you’re somehow still on the fence as I conclude this piece, simply ask yourself this question: would you send one cent of your hard earned money to someone like Jeffrey Epstein, who trafficked and pimped underage girls for the world’s elite in order to maintain a streaming service?

Why then would you want to send 8 dollars a month to a company that is using that money to finance films meant to normalize the abuse and sexualization of eleven and twelve year old girls?

You’re either contributing to evil or you’re standing against it. This is just a small step in proving which side you’re really on.

  1. Pedophilia isn’t considered a disability in Greece. If you want to educate people, at least educate yourself before you repeat such an obvious lie

    1. The New York Times would disagree with you, Anthony.

Their 2012 piece “Disability Expansion Raises Ire in Greece” literally states “Disability groups in Greece expressed anger on Monday at a government decision to expand a list of state-recognized disability categories to include PEDOPHILES, exhibitionists and kleptomaniacs.”

Perhaps you should educate yourself before you continue to make yourself look like a complete fool.

That, or you’re a closet child abuser as they are the only group of people who would have a problem with this article.
